That was my understanding also, but if the statement about what Jon Evans said is true then it fits a pattern as I noted in my post about the frequency of moving the Timeline.  Perhaps someone here listened to the entire Jon Evans interview and can comment on whether or not he did say production at Thacker Pass will start in 2024.  My hope is that your view is the valid one, but I have seen them do this over and over in the past.  Best wishes.   Okiedo
