OK, maybe I off a bit,;o)  but last time I look it takes 10 years here in Ohio to recoup money. My average bill on 1600 sq ft house is about $120 a month,  so for most here it is just not worth to mess with. Still, I fully support the rest of the country to do so if its makes financial sense.

 In mean time ALB will do huge secondary offering, hope those invested in ALB sell and buy LAC.
