Thanks, ProsserP.  As for thinking that they will start, my concern remains more in the line of: "When?" as opposed to "if".  My optimism is slightly more than my pessimism today re: LAC, but a month ago it was no contest and the optimism was in the lead in that horse race.  Best wishes to you and all LAC investors.  Onward, truly:  "Through the FOG!"    Okiedo
