I do think they will start.  I thought it a little strange that they have not yet signed any take off agreements for Thacker Pass.  So,  who is going to take the lithium produced?  In my mind it is their "Partner".  I believe that when they start we will already know that LAC is now a vertically integrated company.  That leads us to timing.  Timing will coincide with demand.  Of course there will be other customers on the spot market.  I will refer you to an earlier post on the off topic forum.
