Pretty all encompassing. As a tactic, I'm not sure this shotgun approach serves them well. By mixing all issues from grave to trivial, their core argument gets watered down. Also, the fear mongering I don't think serves them well ("This will lead to an increase in hard drugs, violence, rape, sexual assault, and human trafficking.). But, it is their prerogative to be concerned, and hopefully the Lithium Nevada team engages them to allay their fears.
