Thanks, as always, WB DT, for sharing your research.  If I read the date on that article correctly it was 24 May 2021.  One day before the latest Biden bombshell.  I would be ver interested in reading Jon Evans comments related to the statements coming out of the Biden Administration yesterday.  I hope Cal is right in what is essentially an optimistic view.  Again, thanks!   Okiedo
