Re: Article on legal challenges to US mining highlights Thacker Pass
While reading some links from TOB about the judge ruling the case, I have came to conclusion, that LAC is likely going to be defeated. It does not necessary mean the end of the project, just another delay while waiting for an appeal where the commonsence may eventually prevail.
The only remaing questions: How low LAC will go after 29th? How long it will take to process the appeal?
