I would like to entertain this speculation about a public private partnership (P3), but it is not a subject I know anything about. If the P3 is with LAC, would they be funding an expansion to increase domestic lithium production and asking LAC to manage it? Would they help to supply infrastructure to support Thacker Pass, such as building the rail line now as opposed to Phase 2? If it were not with LAC, what is the most pressing need they might be trying to address?  Anyone have any thoughts?
