See the off topic forum "The perfect storm".  Lac has the lithium, EFL has the battery technology and the Govt just makes the money.  The Us needs more than a Lithium supplier.  They need the best battery on the market in large quantity.  This is all just speculation !!  It is one of those, "watch & see".
