I share your sentiment. Certainly many of us thought we might see a new, higher plateau after Friday's ruling. I wonder if we might still get that following this week's related ruling on the Indian tribe's request to intervene? Somehow I doubt it, but we should see soon. 

I really wonder if we will not see the DFS or any partner announcements of any kind until after the final court ruling next year. One could understand partners not wanting to be publically associated with a contraversial project until it had the final green light. And I wonder if the DFS will be so specific so as to identify their intended offtake customer(s). 

If this turns out to be the case, imagine the pent up demand when it goes ahead!
