Down only 12 cents USD from the previous day. To be honest, I expected a greater drop with the news about RSIC and People of Red Mountain being added to the suit.

I actually consider this as a win, today's closing share price. It may indicate an underlying optimism in the market toward the eventual positive outcome for LAC re: Thacker Pass. Maybe Monday will shine more light on it, but if is an indication of the "Hit" that LAC stock is taking from negative news then it almost looks like, in this instance and "so far", LAC is the new "Teflon Don".

OK, pure speculation on my part... not worth anything. But, I am allowed to speculate.. so are you. How do you see LAC at the end of this week in regard to the litigation issues?
