Update:

Judge Du granted a motion to shorten the time LAC/B:M can respond to the Burns Paiute motion to intervene. I belive they initially had until the 8th, and how their response is due August 5, if I'm understanding correctly.

I'm not too sure how to read this. Could this be just Judge Du wanting to get this step overwith to keep the case on track? Or could this be a sign that she is looking favorably on their position?

Perhaps those more familiar with the legal process in these types of matters can comment.
