It is true and Judge Du ruled today to shorten the timeframe on the new motion to intervene. Another bullish Du call if you ask me.  At this pace the Wampanoag tribe from Massachusetts & Rhode Island will claim tribal rights to TP.  Judge Du is going to shut down this nonsense for sure.  She also asked the plaintiffs to provide a written attestation on other tribes that may have legitimate claims to TP.  Our favorite Eco-Terrorist Will Faulk claimed many "local" tribes in one of his recent filings but I suspect the plaintiffs will have to back off because judge Du is losing patience....GO LAC!!
