I am sure many of us listened in today.

I am curious to hear your thoughts as I feel particularly bias and am not trained as a lawyer.

I thought the LAC lawyer was spot on... thoroughly laying out the argument that due diligence was done to contact all tribes.  The BLM attorney was less put together (and talked fast)but made interesting points about what tribes  had cultural interests in the land and what steps had been taken.

Will Falks arguments seemed to be coming from a completely different perspective.  Cultural, emotional and a lot of "what if's".  Also spoke about the tribes distrust of the government and fear of giving information.

I thought Judge Du asked great, appropriate questions and clarifications. Totally in control of the process.

Curious to hear other opinions.....
