Cal: "Okiedo, I d like to think it was 50 feet...."

Cal, I admit to having a hearing problem and there were times on the transmission from the court room that it was difficult to hear, but this was not one of those times.  "50 Meters" was what I clearly heard the attorney say, however... I would be most interested in what someone else recalls who listened to the whole proceeding. I remember being struck at the time of the proceeding about the use of the word "meters" instead of the word "feet" on the part of the attorney.  Could I have spaced out the whole thing?  Of course.  Anything is possible. 

I would be most interested in the input from someone else who clearly heard the attorney and has a clear memory of her exact words.  I would probably not remember the event at all except for the use of the word "meters".  At that moment, I remember thinking how bizarre that distance was.  As for a radius of 50 feet and a diameter of 100 feet, I have already given the measurements for that situation since that is what I first used to calculate the amount of square footage and acreage under consideration, before I went back and used 50 meters radius and 100 meters diameter in the equation.

Either way, it was a huge concession on the part of LAC and, according to their own attorney, LAC agreed to it.
