Thanks for posting the whole thing. I just read it but admittedly did not take detailed notes. But, it is rife with language essentially saying that the BLM acted in a reasonable manner, and it refers to the fact that certain statues that have been quoted by native tribes as being their authority for blocking the project on cultural grounds, in fact only make it a requirement to have them consulted.
So, I see this ruling, and its justifications, to be very bullish for the prospects of the larger project.
