Looks like you were right about the lack of proof of "irreparable harm".  The consultation requirement still holds, giving the tribes something in the decision as well.

Lots of misunderstanding on TOB about this decision since some are under the false impression that this is the final decision.  Of course, that is not the case.  As has been pointed out elsehwere the Plaintiffs have a right to appeal and, probably more important by far, the final question regarding the allowance for construction of the mine to move forward in the final analysis at Thacker Pass is still on the table and the biggest part of that question won't be answered until January, 2022.  Today is a victory for LAC, but the final whistle by the referee signaling the end of the game has not been blown.
