I do not think LAC will care much for ILiA as they are in the process of setting up their own mine to the car supply chain.  It will be a slow process but they are already in motion.  They will have to wait until they break ground at Thacker Pass Project to be able to attract a battery cell manufacturer partner.  Just sitting back and watching the fun & games. 

On another subject.  Will and company should wait until January to call out the troops to Thacker Pass.  It will be good and cold by then!
