Whew, so glad you're still around Okiedo!

Lots of great discussion around this news, and I appreciate Neil and others putting into perspective how it can benefit LAC in the short and long terms.

I've not seen anyone comment here or on TOB on the paragragh "If the Company undergoes a fundamental change, holders of the notes will have the right to require the Company to repurchase for cash all or a portion of their notes at 100% of their principal amount, plus any accrued and unpaid interest to, but excluding, the fundamental change repurchase date."

Perhaps this is just a common addition for an arrangement that doesn't mature for a number of years, but the first thing that came to my mind is that the most likely fundamental change would probably be an outright buyout of LAC. So is this just a pro-forma inclusion, or one that was included because the parties saw a buyout as a high probability? 

Not a rhetorical question. There's some pretty good brain power on this forum that can probably offer some thoughts.
