I think it is good deal , by next July SP definitely will be higher then $47, specially  taking in account that LAC is producing lithium, owns Millennium, working on T-P and exploring Arena. Who would not take such a low interest , and put money in a good use; great deal.

 As soon as Offering is done and Jon goes on “radio waves” SP will go higher. But it should start going high anyway , I look at the chart and before “offering’ SP was way  ”overbought” and now with a correction /gap down it is “oversold”- absolutely will bounce back.

 Support in $34 and $32 area will keep it from going lower , I see it recovering to $38 really fast . Go LAC.
