I'm not as bullish on the timeframe for the start of Stage 2 construction. As we're seeing, the permitting is arduous, and they kicked the issue of mining below the water table down the road with Stage 1 permitting. So if they finish Stage 1 construction mid to late 2024, I don’t see Stage 2 being permitted by then. IMO
