I have always said a late Feb or March decision based on the September 13 court schedule.  That schedule however was recently delayed.  Now all motion filings (used to be 2/4) are due three weeks later in late February.  The attorney's then need to request oral arguments which can take at least 2 weeks for the court to schedule. Assuming they get on the schedule and hold arguments in those two weeks, Judge Du will then take at least another 2 weeks to rule.  That makes it March 25th best case and I think there will be several more court delays for here.  I own May call options and hope this does not drag into May.  I did recently mention April for the first time on TOB but I believe that is now a real possibility and am planning for it.  GO LAC!!
