The question of additional, as of yet unplanned, expansion within LAC's current claims in the caldera vs acquiring another project is interesting. One of the major impedements to local organic expansion is additional water availability and increased industrialization of the area, both of which could be problematic for permiting. Acquiring a new project with those issues taken into account has some real, advantages, especially if their extraction process deals with a somewhat lower quality.
