Good point. I do remember him mentioning soemthing along the lines of refining the process or end product to meet the needs of potential partners/buyers. I'm not sure if things have changed since then. Either way, I'm preparing to buckle in because I have a strong feeling that once this legal issue is done for good, we will see a lot happen in a very short period of time. 

On a side note it's nice to see a solid green day across the board when (at the time of me writing this) the indexes are gaining as we get close to the bell instead of selling off.
