Ganfeng is indeed in a very positive relationship with the government of Argentina, as shown in this article.  LAC's close association with Ganfeng may have negative implications for the North American aspirations of LAC that could be assuaged quite markedly by dissociation from Ganfeng by LAC as would be provided for if LAC spit into two separate company designations, one for LAC's present North American proposed operations and one for its South American enterprises.
