OK, there are at least a couple of members here on this Hub who have been following the legal situation closely like a tick on a dog, like jelly on bread, etc.

What say ye?  Truth or Balderdash??

This short blip gave no details and I failed to find any official announcement to substantiate it.  That doesn't mean it isn't true, but if it is true then there will be plenty of information to support it and if not then nothing will be found to support it.

It doesn't mean much without something called "details".  I can think of at least two members here that would instantly know if there is a single grain of truth in that post on TOB.  

My understanding of the situation was that Judge Du probably would not announce a decision until at least August, if not into September.  I would love to be wrong provided her decision is to the benefit of LAC.

Until I can find evidence to support it I have to regard this claim as just a rumor at this point.
