I too am traveling, so I don't have access to the court documents being filed. But I believe there are a few more steps to go in the process. Final Motions (and some shenanigans around those), a hearing, then a decision. I am still assuming a decision in September (followed by a flurry of DFS, financing and partnering announcements). It's hard to remain patient, but that is what's required.
