I'm wondering if we might get a ruling a bit before many are expecting it. BLM and LAC don't have to wait until August to submit their final arguments, and as WB DT says, if the plaintiffs' arguements are the same old same old, they might not have too much more to say. And, if there's not a lot new, I'm wondering if Judge Du has been writing the preliminary elements of her ruling already. She's surprised us on the quick side before; hopefully she'll do it again and get this garbage off her plate.
