Hey Roy.  Attorney's are typically perfectionists and they always have plenty to say and things to critique.  That is why Judge Du and most Judges apply page limit rules to these filings or else she would need days just to read the docs/arguements.  

With that said, part of me (like you) would not be surprised if LAC and the BLM respond prior to 8/11.  I do not however want to get anyone excited about that potential and most importantly for me, I do not want to be frustrated with them if they don't file early.  Either way, 8/11 will be here soon and I don't think Judge Du will take any more than 30 days to  rule.  I am confident she will hold a final oral arguements hearing or two. But will finish within a week of that. GO LAC!!
