I find it so frustrating when reporting is just wrong. In this case, their statment that LAC broke ground on their test facility is just wrong, as we know. It implies that they are just starting work when in fact they just finished work. 

Although I am generally a believer in and fan of the media, this reminds us of how important it is to double check things that don't look right; after all, we see how headline news can swing stock prices.
