Thanks for posting that article, Cal!
Earnest Scheyder steps into the arena again to report on the mining situation. He has had several articles in the past specific to Lithium mining and regarding LAC.
Noted in the article:
"Nevada Senator Catherine Cortez Masto and Arizona Senator Mark Kelly signed a bipartisan letter to the committee asking for a more-streamlined mine permitting process."
Good to see Ford and other big names in vehicle manufacturing add their voices to the choir on the mining reform issue.
Of course the Naysayers will develop their on level of cacophony in trying to obfuscate the situation and muddy the water. Would you expect anything else? Remember that Falk and Wilbert want to eliminate ICE vehicles entirely, but not in the sense of replacing them with all Electric Vehicles. Their goal is to reverse the strands of history and ensure everyone incorporates a saddle or a horse driven cart/buggy into their future transportation plans if the Shoe Leather Express is not sufficient to meet their everyday transportation needs.
Of course, should Falk and Wilbert have their way then we would have more than enough environmentlaly available horse manure to spread on the gardens we would all be tending since trips to the supermarket would not be as often or as convenient.
I wonder if Falk and Wilbert have considered what the effect of having horses, oxen and donkeys proliferate by several orders of magnituted would have regarding all of the extra methane gas that would be generated as methane relates to climate warming, eh? Maybe they consider that problem as nothing but "collateral damage"?
God, please save us from the environmental activists. Please?
