Again, I can't help but think that this growing sentiment can't hurt LAC's chanced with Judge Du. Although we should have no reason to doubt her objectivity at applying the law, she doesn't exist in a vaccum. I would think there would have to be a high bar in terms of BLM mismanagement of their process in order to vacate the RoD, or even parts of it. I'm hoping for an abonishment for the BLM at worst, but letting the RoD stand as is.
