My preference would be that HC turns out to be 100% prescient about his prognostication in reference to Gangeng's actions should the Thacker Pass Project proceed to construction status post a positive decision by Judge Du regarding the present litigation over whether or not BLM's ROD was properly executed.

  Then again, LAC has a history of yielding a larger slice of the pie at Cauchari-Olaroz to Ganfeng on more than one occasion, so why should now be any different?
