I actually did mean that in my earlier statement but I shouldhave been clearer in saying 30 day restriction on both sides (I see your point on the clarification needed).

Because I do engage in tax loss harvesting, I am acutely aware of it and its nuances on other restrictions on "equivalent" types of securities and transactions.
