My previous experiences with spin-off was very positive.  It becomes very easy to value the company on its merit and  business environment

  TOB has a few people who are upset and trying to change the mood on a board, obviously they have shorted their positions or sold out earlier and were hoping to buy cheaper. That train is gone and I think as more investors realize this news- LAC SP will go higher tomorrow
