- there may be tax benefits

Especially for Lac:

- political opposition to financing with public loans.

- big difference in mentality between Argentina and the US in political governance.

- Gangfeng will always cast a shadow, as they are the main owner of CO, although they have certainly contributed a lot of knowledge, and we see a great project in Co.

- General problems between China and the free world
