Pavel, I don’t agree that GANG owes the majority of shares. I think Okiedo might have paperwork handy to prove it. But as far as I remember, GANg has a majority on an Argentina Board (51%) but when it comes to shares – they are lucky if they have approx 20%. Most shares are still own by insiders, institutions and public. They will not be able to take private without shareholders’ vote. JMHO.
