I think it will be unlikely for Ford , GM or VW to be a partner since they already signed up significant deals, (SK, CTR, Redwood, Ganfeng).

Most likely it will be a major battery maker.

 LG is my number one- they already building huge battery manufacturing facilities in Tennessee and Ohio.

 Followed by other battery makers – Panasonic and (yes) Tesla.
