Redwood as a Partner makes a lot of sence.  So does not doing the battery grade processing at Thacker Pass.  That is most likely the reason LAC is adjusting their process for a prospective Partner.  They talk about finishing up the design after the Court decision and a Partner is signed up.  Any prospective partner would wait until construction starts at the earliest ? 

So Neil I think you are right.  Then the next step would be a Cell manufacturer partnership which is most likely a year or so out.
