I do not have to, because I am not the CEO :-). I just see, that the factory is stuck for some reason and they are not telling us why. I understand, that get that damn think up an running is not exactly easy, but Evans is famous for delaying the project “because something important pops up”.  How many times has he done something like this? The timeline in their presentation no longer shows anything concrete, because they are not able to commit themselves into any timeline.

I am complaining, because by now, that damn share price should have been bit north of $50 by now. By delaying the project, we are getting quite close to 2 dangerous events:

• LAC production will be available in the middle of a recession, which means that LAC production is not going to materialize into shareholder value
• Tesla is finally approaching its meeting with the reality. Followers of the “St. Felon Church” are getting poor again and soon even the most stupid greenwasher is going to realize, that “EV future” was a BS and is not going to happen unless someone invests into powerstations and into the grid.

On top of it, we are facing a decade of unprecedented inflation (you 10%, I 20%), so 50/share is no longer good enough.  When the “AHA moment” happens, I do not want to be LAC shareholder, because entire industry will be obsolete. The obsession with getting bigger at any cost just makes me nervous. LAC need to start shipping asap to get some piece of the pie and I do not believe, that C-O will be operational till the end of its usefully life. At the moment, the only use of Lithium are battery cells and with EVs out, LAC is out too.
