Somewhere I have seen LAC saying, that the fist shipment is going to happen at the end of 2022 and it is going to be just a semi-product to be reprocessed in China.

But, I may have also been just my wishfull thinking and/or misuderstanding on my side. But I have been living with that at least past 2 months...

Anyway, with LAC at $20/share, the value of T-P is efectively zero. So we dont have to care about the outcome of the court hearing.
