I also liked that she didn't come up for breath. The judges seem to appreciate no-nonsense presentations where the laywer doesn't pause or stumble. Head and shoulders the best presentation in this hearing.

Considering how many complex cases these appeal judges hear would it make sense that they divvy up the cases and one judge takes the lead in each case, delving into the case more deeply than the others? If this were to be the case, the other two would probably differ to that lead judge for the most part, and it would seem that my new favorite judge, the one on the left, is the lead on this case.
