The bald guy on the left was definitely the lead dog at the 9th Hole on this case.  It was almost humorous to watch him crucify that first attorney for the opposition.  I almost felt sorry for that attorney.... almost.   Nah... I confess:  I enjoyed watching him squirm under the jabs of the lead dog.

Small upward moves on the share price are better than downward plunges.  While we continue to wait for the reveal of the final disposition and decision of the 9th Hole on the matter.
