There is no doubt that division between Lac US and investments in CO was a necessity to get government loans. From my point of view, it was still a shame from the angle that Gangfeng are quite talented and also have many new projects underway. I think there could be really good synergisms and know-how to share. I will stay in both companies for a few years, of course up to the value statement that comes. 

Subsequently, there is no doubt that gangfeng will make a bid for the takeover of the entire Lac Agentina. After all, CO they are close to over 50% and can then in principle decide everything without buying the rest of the shares. Still, they will presumably try because there must be many hidden values?

- CO scale-up to at least 20 tons more, and other projects can easily provide from 10 to 30 tons over a few years. It will probably be a question of Gangfeng's capital readiness.
