Some negative factors concurrently going on in regards to Jujuy Province and to the "Lithium Triangle" include projected adverse affects on the underground water supply and police interaction with indegenous populations that is focusing human rights issues on the government of Argentina.

On the other hand... the latest article from Baystreet about President Milei's policies as they affect lithium mining in Argentina seems to paint a very positive picture of that relationship:
