Ok, found it.  You have to be "Vice President" or "President" to post over on Link Library.  I know, I know... I am only a "Treasurer".  Agoracom gave me privilege as the "Hub Leader".  I take that as only a temporary deal and will gladly turn it over to anyone else who wants it.  At the time we had very few members and I was the only one with long time Agoracom membership, but things are changing here, thanks to the participation of all of you!  Okiedo
