Electrovaya Labs: A New Division of Electrovaya

Strategically speaking, Why would Electrovaya split off the Labs??  As you know, Electrovaya started life as a lab (Research & Development).  Thinking strategically, Why would Electrovaya split off the Lab other than to increase R&D on the solid state battery?  They moved the Lab completely out of the building and leased a new location.  Is their new building now too small?  I doubt it.

If I was setting up for a merger or sell off, I might want to keep the Lab??  Splitting it off now could be a way to facilitate that.  Now I must warn you that I am a speculator and this is JMHO.....
