And the Chinese influence in Argentina contiues to show an interdigitation between Argentina and China in various ways of economic and political merger of the interests of the two separate countries.  China is definitely on the aggressive move for increasing its influence across the world and, as evidenced by this move and others, that includes beefing up its presence in Argentina where the government is more than a little bit receptive to the Chinese seductive initiatives.
