I am not sophisticated enough to have a more detailed checklist than that. I subscribe to the K.I.S.S. method. 

The market for melanoma surviving, venture investors might be a small group, but there is a large group looking for opportunities that align with their values. "Values Investing". I believe more positive change can come from putting ones money in places that align with their values rather than sharing memes on social media... call me crazy.
