If the next NR will such this or worse - it would be even more massive sell out.

Does anybody know - is somebody in BMK management team experiences in stock trades.

If they are not much experienced, I can not wait much from their actions, but if yes, I would say thay short their own stock on the last couple of weeks. (Which I don't see from insider report)
